Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner's portal. If you don't receive tracking info within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

• Item must be in original, unused condition with all accessories
• Original packaging and seals must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Digital game codes and PlayStation Store vouchers
• Opened software or games with broken seals
• Items damaged by misuse or physical impact
• Consumable accessories (batteries, cables) once opened

1. Contact our team with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back using the provided label.
4. Once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
